At Redwood Beach Resort, we’ve been sharing our quiet corner of Nicaragua’s wild Pacific coast since 2006 — back when the waves were emptier, the village was smaller, and sunsets were our secret superpower.
Our story began when Michael and Stacy traded crowded highways for oceanfront doorsteps, chasing a simpler mission: build a community where travelers can surf uncrowded waves, eat fresh local food, explore volcanoes, and still have cash left for the Honor System Bar.
Here, the beach stretches for 27 kilometers of walkable, surfable, swimmable shoreline. Sea turtles nest in the sand, iguanas lounge on cabana roofs, and fishing pangas glide out at dawn.
